In 1806, the word 'cocktail' appeared in print for the very first time.
In 2026, we celebrate 220 years of creativity, technique, and imagination. 

We believe that to understand the cocktails of today, we must travel through the eras that shaped them. 
This year, we invite you to travel through these defining eras in cocktail history and to come together around a pairing that celebrates taste, time, and the simple pleasure of sharing a moment that feels truly special.
