Dilmah Cocktail Week at Cooke’s

For one week only, join us at Cooke's Restaurant & Bar for an elevated take on Happy Hour, where premium tea meets the craft of cocktail making.

In collaboration with Dilmah Tea, our bar team has created a curated menu of tea-inspired cocktails using Dilmah’s Luxury Loose Leaf range. Each drink is designed to highlight the depth, aroma and complexity that tea can bring to a perfectly balanced cocktail.

This is tea — but not as you know it.

Settle into the elegant surrounds of Fable Auckland and explore a collection of inventive cocktails where classic mixology meets the nuanced character of loose-leaf tea.

Cooke's Restaurant

Located in the heart of Queen Street at Fable Auckland, Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar is one of the best venues to enjoy high tea in Auckland.

There is a rather lovely symmetry between the history of high tea and the history of our very own Fable Auckland. Constructed in 1928, the building was originally built by restaurant and soda fountain company W.R Cooke & Son and began life as a tea-room and soda fountain.

Since the refurbishment of the hotel in 2017, we have gone back to our roots and the restoration of high tea to Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar is one of the final pieces in the puzzle.
